Mothering Circle

$324.00

A mothering group best for expectant mothers and those parenting newborn to 1 year olds.

New moms (in the first 12 months postpartum), and those who are expecting, need tender care and support not always readily available in our busy times. Create time for yourself and baby – relax into new motherhood in a circle based on respect and friendship.

  • A supportive circle – discussion and learning in a non-judgmental atmosphere

  • Teacher and grandmother Bonnie is Waldorf trained and has 40+ years of early childhood teaching experience – she draws from many modalities and pedagogies to support parents

  • Topics covered are relevant to new parenting, such as feeding, sleep, warmth, schedules and impact on relationships 

  • Rhymes, touching games, movement, lullabies, and others songs

  • Time for your concerns, questions, and social time

  • Community, laughter, helpful tips, snacks and tea

Good to Know

  • From pregnancy through children 12 months of age

  • Cost: $324 for 9 sessions

  • Oct 8th to Dec 10, no class Nov 26

  • Wednesdays, 10am – 12pm

  • Teacher: Bonnie Romanow

  • Held at a private home in the Lake Merritt neighborhood. Location will be emailed after registration.
