Sara White

Sara has lived all over California and has recently moved to the East Bay. She is thrilled to be part of the Berkeley Rose community as the Sunflower Kindergarten Assistant Teacher.

She holds a BA in Environmental Studies from Cal Poly Humboldt and is a current student at the Bay Area Center for Waldorf Teacher Training. She has worked passionately as a baker and farmer, which has deepened her commitment to nurturing and nourishing others through her work.

She loves children deeply and is delighted that Waldorf education found her. In her free time, Sara enjoys learning to line dance with her partner, listening to the sound of garlic sizzling on the stove, and taking long walks through her new neighborhood.
