Rebecca Lidow

Originally from the Mountain West, Rebecca and her partner moved to the Bay Area from Brooklyn and have three children, two of whom attend Berkeley Rose.

She holds an undergraduate degree from Lewis & Clark College and a Master’s in Teaching from Relay in NYC. After serving with AmeriCorps at a community school, she spent nearly a decade teaching high school Spanish and Psychology in Baltimore, NYC, and San Lorenzo.

After becoming a mother, Rebecca opened two preschools in the East Bay, where she now works as the business administrator. She has a deep appreciation for Berkeley Rose and the Waldorf philosophy of education and feels both honored and grateful for the opportunity to serve on the school board.
