Rachel Flug

School Director

Rachael has devoted a large part of her life to serving on nonprofit boards with missions to build trust, deepen community, empower women, and honor the spirit. She served on the Board of RSF Social Finance from 1996 to 2022, the organization that provided the loan for Berkeley Rose to purchase its property.

She was the founder and CEO of Diaperaps from 1984 to 2008 and later created 3 Jewels, a board game designed to bring people together and reconnect them to their capacities for awe, exploration, and creativity.

Rachael is the mother of three grown children, all of whom attended the K–12 Highland Hall Waldorf School in Southern California. She served as the School Board President for many years and loved bringing people together to find solutions to challenges while also making time to celebrate successes.

She and her husband, Abraham Entin, are happy to be in the East Bay and to join the Berkeley Rose Waldorf School community.
