Berkeley Rose Waldorf School is seeking a dependable, safety-conscious School Minivan Operator to transport Middle School students between our two Berkeley Rose campuses. The ideal candidate is a responsible and calm driver who enjoys working with children and can maintain a safe, respectful environment while driving. A valid California Class C Driver’s License and clean DMV driving record are required.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Part-time, hourly position at $40/hour. The position is approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes per day, with morning and afternoon shifts available. Candidates who can support both schedules are preferred, though applicants available for only one shift are welcome to apply.

Learning Support Coordinator for 26-27

ABOUT THE ROLE
Berkeley Rose Waldorf School is seeking a collaborative, knowledgeable, and resourceful Learning Support Coordinator to strengthen our ability to support students with diverse learning profiles from Preschool through Grade 8.
This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position. Applicants seeking a 0.75 FTE position may also be considered.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Full time position. Benefits offered include health insurance (medical, vision, dental), tuition remission, mentoring and professional development opportunities. Applicants seeking a 0.75 FTE position will also be considered.
Salary: $70,000–$85,000 annually for a full-time position, depending upon experience and qualifications.

Early Childhood Substitute Teachers
Berkeley Rose is seeking loving and enthusiastic Preschool and Kindergarten teacher substitutes. We welcome applications from those with an interest in Waldorf education and early childhood education, who enjoy working with young children, and have morning or afternoon availability at short notice.
Early Childhood credits are preferable for Preschool but not required for substitutes.

Berkeley Rose is welcoming applications for on-call substitute class teachers. The ideal candidates will be certified Waldorf teachers or experienced elementary school teachers and/or be actively engaged in Waldorf Training. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Hourly rate $30/hour, which includes any preparation required for the on-call assignment.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Berkeley Rose is welcoming applications for a Part-time Accounting & HR Support Coordinator for 2026/27. This role will support the Business Office with managing the day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping functions. The ideal candidate brings strong bookkeeping and accounting coordination skills, attention to detail, and comfort working independently within clearly defined systems.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
This is an hourly, exempt position. Hourly rate will be between $35 to $45 depending on qualification and experience. Part-time, 3 days per week.
