ABOUT THE ROLE
Berkeley Rose is welcoming applications for a full-time Spanish language teacher for the 2026/27 academic year. Successful candidates will enthusiastically engage students and work collaboratively with colleagues and the parent community to create an educational environment aligned with Waldorf pedagogy, our school mission and program goals. The ideal candidates will be certified Waldorf teachers, have experience working with children and be committed to collegial work and self-development. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is strongly preferred.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Full time position. Benefits offered include health insurance (medical, vision, dental), tuition remission, mentoring and professional development opportunities. Current Waldorf certified Specialty teacher salary is $70,000 - $74,600 annually.

Accounting & HR Support Coordinator for 26-27

ABOUT THE ROLE
Berkeley Rose is welcoming applications for a Part-time Accounting & HR Support Coordinator for 2026/27. This role will support the Business Office with managing the day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping functions. The ideal candidate brings strong bookkeeping and accounting coordination skills, attention to detail, and comfort working independently within clearly defined systems.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
This is an hourly, exempt position. Hourly rate will be between $35 to $45 depending on qualification and experience. Part-time, 3 days per week.

Early Childhood Substitute Teachers
Berkeley Rose is seeking loving and enthusiastic Preschool and Kindergarten teacher substitutes. We welcome applications from those with an interest in Waldorf education and early childhood education, who enjoy working with young children, and have morning or afternoon availability at short notice.
Early Childhood credits are preferable for Preschool but not required for substitutes.

Hourly rate is $30/hour.

Grades Substitute Teachers
Berkeley Rose is welcoming applications for on-call substitute class teachers. The ideal candidates will be certified Waldorf teachers or credentialed or experienced elementary school teachers and/or be actively engaged in Waldorf Training. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Hourly rate $30/hour, which includes any preparation required for the on-call assignment.
