Grow & Flourish

This school year offers countless opportunities for growth and flourishing, for our students, our dedicated teachers, our community, and our beautiful new campus. We are launching our first Annual Giving Campaign so that parents, grandparents, and other supporters of BRWS can nourish and support this growth and flourishing through two inspiring initiatives: Renovating Outdoor Play Environments & General Fund Giving.

Renovating Outdoor Play Environments

Target: $85,000
Amount Raised: $2,000 (updated 8/26/25)

Our students’ relationships to the physical world and the natural environment are key to their experiences at BRWS and to the Waldorf philosophy. This initiative will beautify our outdoor campus to create multiple new play experiences.

These funds will be used to design and build a comprehensive play landscape that incorporates Waldorf philosophy and facilitates imaginative play for all children.

General Fund Giving

Target: $75,000
Amount Raised: $3,000 (updated 8/26/25)

Our General Fund initiative provides BRWS with flexible funds to support new and existing resources for both students and teachers. These funds create opportunities for expanded programming in and out of the classroom, contribute to general operations throughout the school year, and allow for expanded curriculum or enrichment opportunities for students and teachers.
